Will they need an app or Wi-Fi?
No. Your Memovia arrives with all five living photos already inside. Press the button on the back and the memories begin to play. Both a USB-C charging cable and a wall power adapter are included.
How is the frame powered?
The frame has a built-in rechargeable battery and charges via USB-C. Both the charging cable and wall power adapter come in the box.
How big is the screen?
The acrylic frame has a 5-inch IPS screen with a display resolution of 854 × 480 pixels.
Do I see the living photos first?
Yes. You receive a private preview of all five living photos and approve them before we prepare your frame.
Can you send it directly to them?
Yes. You can have your frame delivered to you or directly to the person you're giving it to.
Is this only for someone far away?
